Terms of Service, Agreement & Privacy Policy

Welcome to The Honey Media. By accessing our website and services, you ("Client") agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payments or engaging our services.

1. Right to Refuse Service

The Honey Media reserves the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion. We do not tolerate disrespect, harassment, or any behavior that creates a hostile work environment.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments are required upfront before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • If a refund is requested before work has started, a partial refund may be considered at the Agency's discretion.

  • Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays or termination of services.

  • By submitting payment, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

3. Client Communications

  • All official communications must be conducted via email or our designated communication platform.

  • Responses to emails and messages will be provided within 2 business days.

  • Excessive revisions or continuous changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

4. Copyright & Ownership

  • The Client retains all copyrights to the final approved design and content.

  • The Agency reserves the right to use completed work in our portfolio, promotional materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Invoices & Late Fees

  • Invoices must be paid within 7 days of receipt.

  • Late payments may incur a late fee of 10% per week.

  • Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in legal action or service suspension.

6. Completion & Revisions

  • Each project has a set number of revisions included (2 revisions). Additional revisions may be billed separately.

  • Turnaround times are estimated and subject to change based on project scope and client responsiveness.

  • Delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide required information or approvals may extend deadlines.

7. Phone Consultations & Updates

  • Phone consultations must be scheduled in advance.

  • Additional consultation calls beyond the included scope may be subject to additional charges.

8. Client Responsibilities & Questionnaires

  • Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and details required for the project.

  • Failure to complete questionnaires or provide requested information in a timely manner may result in project delays.

9. Social Media & Portfolio Rights

  • The Agency reserves the right to showcase completed projects on social media, portfolio, and promotional materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

  • The Agency will never disclose sensitive or private client information in any public forum.

10. No Tolerance for Disrespect

  • We maintain a professional environment and do not tolerate rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

11. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and store client information solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

  • Client data is never sold or shared with third parties without consent.

  • Secure payment methods are used to process transactions.

By making a payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
