1. Questionnaire Sent (Within 1 Business Day)
Once you book, a brand discovery questionnaire will be sent to your email within 1 business day. This helps us understand your vision, audience, and aesthetic direction. Please have this complete as soon as possible preferably within 2 business days or sooner.
2. Brand Discovery & Creative Direction
After you submit the questionnaire, we’ll review your responses and begin crafting a personalized creative direction. This includes a visual moodboard and brand inspiration that guides the design.
3. Logo Design Concepts
Based on your vision and our strategy, we’ll develop 3 unique logo concepts tailored to your brand. You’ll receive these for review within 7 business days.
4. Revisions & Refinement
You’ll choose your favorite concept and we’ll refine it (includes 2 rounds of revisions). We work closely with you to ensure your final logo feels aligned and powerful.
5. Finalization & Delivery
Once approved, your logo files (including primary, secondary, and submarks) will be packaged and delivered in multiple formats – ready for use across print, web, and social.
6. Brand Presentation Guide
You’ll also receive a mini brand guide that outlines your brand colors, fonts, and logo usage so you can maintain consistency moving forward.
